My Experience
I believe all you need to get the physique you want is your body and the belief in the process. I used to lift the weights and waste my time waiting in line when people are just on their phones not working out. It genuinely bothered me and I think it should bother you too. Why are you waiting for others when you have goals in mind. What I have found is that going against the grain has resulted in faster results, better physique, and people genuinely curious if you're enhanced. So much so that my own friends and family questioned my rapid change. I can assure you once you start this journey you will be happy and glad you stopped waiting in line.
Why the Basics Work
If it ain't broke don't fix it. All I did is the same basic exercises for 2 years and the results speak for themselves. On the surface my routine may seem boring and plain. However, it's building the foundation for you to be able to move on to the next steps, too more complex and difficult exercises. If you're familiar with PPL then you will love what I have to offer. I've also dedicated abs to one day. I also don't do "rest days" as the following day is enough rest from the previous day. Each workout should take you about 45mins to 1.5 hrs to complete. If you truly focus on your workout and block out all distractions you will see that 3hrs in the gym is a fallacy. You will begin to see how in just 2 years I was able to transform myself, not only physically but, mentally, financially and emotionally.
